Every Bloom & Banner mum is handmade to order and personalized just for you, so please read this before you order.

Personalized and made-to-order. Because each mum is custom-built with your names, colors, and details, all sales are final once production begins. We'll always show you your names and details to confirm before we start — please review them carefully.

Changes. Need to tweak something? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust details before we begin building.

Our mistakes. If we make an error — a misspelled name we didn't confirm, or a damaged piece — we'll make it right, promptly and at no cost to you. Just contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once we've started your personalized piece, it can't be cancelled or refunded.

Rush orders. Rush orders are final at the time of purchase due to the tight turnaround.
